COVID -19 UPDATE
It is with great joy that we announce The Village Church has been approved to begin offering in-person worship services beginning June 21, 2020. We look forward to welcoming you. Many preparations have been made to help ensure the safety and comfort of the congregation. This includes ongoing cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas of the church.
For the safety and well-being of everyone, congregants will enter only through the front-door on Mountain Avenue. All NY State social distancing guidelines will be adhered to. This includes, but is not limited to, 6 feet spacing, mask/face coverings at all times, no physical contact, no coffee hour fellowship, and no printed materials (bringing your Bible from home is welcomed and encouraged).
For those who are unable or would prefer not to attend in-person services at this time, rest assured that The Village Church will continue to offer online worship service on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Please join us on Facebook Live: The Village Church of Bayville Facebook page or on the web at Zoom.us with ID # 611-886-1284.
Village Preschool Set to Reopen
The Village Preschool will be reopening effective September 16, 2020. The preschool will be adhering to all insurance and Bishop guidelines for the safety of staff and students.

Weekly Worship Services

Holy Communion using grape juice (1st Sundays)
All are welcome to receive (including children)
Thrift Shop will be opening on Saturdays, beginning June 20.
Hours of operation are Saturdays only from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
We will be adhering to all NY State and CDC recommended guidelines for the safety of our patrons and volunteers. This will include wearing a mask and limiting the number of people allowed inside the building at once in addition to other safety protocols . While shopping outside, social distancing guidelines will be in place to include six feet of separation between each person present.
We look forward to once again serving our community in a safe and responsible manner.
Donations from our wonderful community are what allow us to continue the positive work that we do. Please note that all donations will be accepted during the day inside our drop-off location next to the thrift shop.

*Prayer Cards may be found in the pew rack. These will be collected during the first congregational hymn.

Prayer and Healing Service Our Wednesday night Prayer and Healing service meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 7pm. Please join us.
(Please respond to these requests with your prayers, cards, and helping in other ways. These prayers will be prayed for in the Circle of Prayer, and will continue on the list for one month. To continue or change a prayer, please indicate so on the prayer card.)
